The objective is practical: to keep the administration complete, current and traceable while ensuring that each professional review, declaration and filing is based on information that has already been checked and reconciled.

Administration should create continuity, not merely meet deadlines
The Dutch market offers a broad range of competent administration offices. Bookkeeping, invoice processing, VAT administration, payroll administration, annual accounts and tax returns are established and necessary services.
The pressure on companies has nevertheless changed.
Transactions move faster, documentation is increasingly digital, payroll information changes continuously and VAT positions are more frequently influenced by non-standard or international transactions. Entrepreneurs and directors are expected to make decisions using information that is both current and reliable.
Automation has made administrative processing faster. It has not automatically made the underlying information more accurate.

XTROVERSO does not claim that bookkeeping, payroll administration, VAT returns or annual accounts are new services.
The difference lies in the framework through which those services are performed.
Documents are not considered complete merely because they have been uploaded. Their readability, consistency, VAT treatment and connection with the corresponding transaction are checked.
Bank transactions are reconciled. Missing information and unexplained movements are identified. Reporting periods are closed through a recurring administrative cycle rather than left open until a filing deadline or year-end.
After the quarterly administration and VAT period have been completed, the client receives a Management Information Report based on the reconciled administration—not merely an unreviewed software export.
The annual balance or annual accounts are therefore not reconstructed from twelve months of unresolved information. They are the conclusion of recurring controlled reporting periods.

XTROVERSO maintains the operational administration
XTROVERSO is responsible for the business and payroll administration.
This includes:
- processing and checking invoices, receipts and supporting documents;
- recording transactions in the appropriate accounts;
- checking the administrative VAT treatment;
- matching documents with bank transactions;
- reconciling bank accounts;
- identifying missing documents and unexplained movements;
- maintaining the payroll administration;
- processing employee and payroll information;
- preparing the administrative VAT position;
- closing the applicable reporting periods;
- maintaining the client dashboard;
- preparing the information required for reports, calculations and declarations.
XTROVERSO is responsible for the completeness and correctness of the administration based on the documents and transaction information supplied by the client.
Where information is incomplete, inconsistent or requires specific fiscal or juridical interpretation, the matter is identified and referred for professional assessment.
XTROVERSO is a registered trade name of WIGEPA B.V. All administrative services presented under the XTROVERSO name are legally performed by WIGEPA B.V.
Professional responsibility
Pavan Geraedts Adviseurs provides the integrated professional layer
Pavan Geraedts Adviseurs performs the fiscal and professional services connected with the administration.
Depending on the selected package, this includes:
- final fiscal review of the quarterly VAT position;
- preparation and filing of VAT returns;
- preparation of the year-end balance for a sole proprietor;
- calculation and filing of the applicable income tax return;
- preparation and presentation of annual accounts for a B.V.;
- preparation and filing of the corporate income tax return;
- filing of the annual accounts;
- preparation of standard annual shareholder or general-meeting documentation;
- standard dividend calculations, documentation and related filings;
- additional fiscal, juridical or business advice where separately agreed.
This professional review does not replace XTROVERSO’s responsibility for the underlying administration. Each party remains responsible for the work it performs.
The defined Pavan Geraedts services included in the selected XTROVERSO package form part of the coordinated recurring service and are included in the quoted package price.
Specific consultancy or work outside the package is separately defined and quoted before it is performed.
What has been integrated is the workflow—not the legal or professional responsibility of the parties.
