You are applying to join XTROVERSO as a Xuccess Team Member through our 6-month Paid Entry Programme.
During those first six months, you are employed by XTROVERSO while following a structured professional path that combines guided learning, practical training, real client work, weekly assessment, supervision by auditors, and professional orientation for your next step inside the company.
This is not an external course. This is not unpaid training. This is not something you buy.
This is your entry route into XTROVERSO as an employee.
About XTROVERSO
XTROVERSO is not a traditional bookkeeping office.
We operate as a company-control framework for micro and small businesses in the Netherlands, combining financial order, process discipline, document quality, compliance logic, operational oversight, and governance awareness.
Our clients do not only need administration. They need reliability. They need structure. They need a working environment that helps them stay organised, defensible, and in control.
Why we built this programme
That kind of service cannot be delivered through improvisation.

Salary
EUR 2,764.30 gross per month
Working model: a structured combination of on-site learning, practical training, work from home, supervision, and weekly assessment.
3 days per week on-site
You spend three days per week at XTROVERSO in a structured learning and practice environment.
Each of those days includes:
- 4 hours of guided learning
- 4 hours of practical training
This time is fully paid.
2 days per week working from home
You work from home on real tasks and files, while auditors review, support, correct, and guide your progress.
Weekly assessment every Friday
Each week ends with an assessment designed to measure understanding, consistency, seriousness, practical application, development over time, and response to feedback and correction.
What you learn
The first six months are designed as a 360-degree professional formation period.
You will build foundations in ledger basics, invoicing logic, VAT basics, cross-banking processes, working rhythm, order and precision, confidence with Odoo, operational discipline, and documentation logic.
Governance
Structure, responsibility, role awareness, escalation logic, and the operational discipline that keeps a company ordered and defensible.
Risk
Exposure awareness, inconsistency, blind spots, relationship analysis, and the ability to recognise where vulnerability enters business activity.
Compliance
Rules, alignment, obligations, documentation quality, and the discipline required to keep action coherent with requirements.
HR
People-related structure, internal organisation, procedural rhythm, and the importance of order in personnel-related work.
Supervision and support
You will not be left alone to figure it out.
Throughout the programme, auditors review and support your development, including work quality, seriousness, consistency, discipline, response to correction, practical maturity, and growth over time.
How growth works here
Feedback is part of the process. Correction is part of the process. Support is part of the process.
We believe real professional growth requires all three.
After the first 6 months
The first six months are not only there to train performance. They are there to reveal potential.
By the end of the programme, you sit with your auditor to evaluate your strengths, aptitude, interests, development pattern, discipline, and natural fit inside the company.
From there, you choose your own verticalisation for the next stage of your path inside XTROVERSO.
Controller
Process discipline, financial order, accuracy, and operational consistency.
Investigator
Analytical attention, anomaly detection, verification skills, and logical precision.
HR
Communication, internal order, people-related process support, and procedural follow-through.
GRC
Governance, risk, compliance logic, structural reasoning, and organisational defensibility.
