You are applying for a paid employee route into XTROVERSO™.
For the first six months, you are employed by XTROVERSO™ while you follow a structured path: guided learning, practical training, real client work, weekly assessment, auditor supervision and orientation for your next role inside the company.

Modello di lavoro: una combinazione strutturata di apprendimento in loco, formazione pratica, lavoro da casa, supervisione e valutazione settimanale.
3 giorni a settimana in loco
Trascorri tre giorni alla settimana presso XTROVERSO in un ambiente di apprendimento e pratica strutturato.
Each of those days includes:
- 4 ore di apprendimento guidato
- 4 ore di formazione pratica
Questo tempo è completamente retribuito.
2 giorni a settimana lavorando da casa
Lavori da casa su compiti e file reali, mentre i revisori esaminano, supportano, correggono e guidano i tuoi progressi.
Valutazione settimanale ogni venerdì
Each week ends with an assessment designed to measure understanding, consistency, seriousness, practical application, development over time, and response to feedback and correction.
Cosa impari
The first six months are designed as a 360-degree training and orientation period.
You will build foundations in ledger basics, invoicing logic, VAT basics, cross-banking processes, working rhythm, order and precision, confidence with Odoo, operational discipline, and documentation logic.
Governance
Struttura, responsabilità, consapevolezza del ruolo, logica di escalation e la disciplina operativa che mantiene un'azienda ordinata e difendibile.
Rischio
Exposure awareness, inconsistency, blind spots, relationship analysis, and the ability to recognise where vulnerability enters business activity.
Compliance
Regole, allineamento, obblighi, qualità della documentazione e la disciplina necessaria per mantenere l'azione coerente con i requisiti.
Risorse umane
People-related structure, internal organisation, procedural rhythm, and the importance of order in personnel-related work.
Supervisione e supporto

Throughout the programme, auditors review and support your development, including work quality, seriousness, consistency, discipline, response to correction, practical maturity, and growth over time.
